Well, this is an interesting video sent to me by my sister Rose, who also claims she just bought a phone made out of corn. Anyway, since we're thinking about technology & related issues, check out this ad series from 1993 from at&t:


Unlike Disney's Tomorrowland, at&t has pretty much hit the nail on the head.

that's funny. i just watched this video earlier today too. kind of creepy how on some of the predictions were, and how some were just a bit off. (who even knows where you can find a bank of payphones nowadays, much less video payphones?)

who knew that att could have predicted the future so perfectly. now if they just would have passed along some stock tips and super bowl winners we'd all be set. :)

I just saw this on one of my mac websites over the summer. It's true that most of this technology has manifested into today's social norm. I know the next newest thing is digital wallets: your phone as a wallet. It's already being used in Japan.
